Scope

These terms govern your use of techpackultra.com, operated by Black Oar Studio L.L.C. (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

They cover the website and nothing else. They are not terms of sale, because nothing is sold here.

What this site is

TechPack Ultra is a fictional demonstration project. The brand, the products, the specifications and the roadmap are invented. TheDemo Disclaimer sets out in full what is fictional, and it forms part of these terms.

No offer, and no contract

Nothing on this site is an offer, a solicitation or an invitation to treat, and nothing you do on it forms a contract with us. There is no shop, no cart, no checkout, no price, no reservation and no waiting list. No product or service shown here can be purchased, ordered, reserved or delivered.

Because there is no sale, these terms contain no terms of sale, no shipping or delivery terms, no product warranty, and no cancellation, withdrawal or returns policy. There is no transaction for any of them to apply to.

Permitted use

You may view the site, and link to it. You may not:

• present the fictional content here as a real product, offer or endorsement;
• copy, adapt or republish any part of the site commercially without our written permission;
• use the site in a way that damages it, disrupts it, or interferes with anyone else’s use of it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or to any system behind it;
• scrape or harvest the site at a volume that burdens it, or circumvent any technical restriction; or
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We do not object to the site being read by AI crawlers. If you cite it, cite it as a fictional demonstration — /llms.txt states the ground truth for exactly that purpose.

Intellectual property

All text, design, code, imagery and video on this site are our own work or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright. The product imagery and video are AI-generated and depict objects that do not exist.

“TechPack Ultra” and “Operator Ultra” are invented names used for this demonstration. Any real trademark appearing on the site belongs to its owner and is named for description only, without implying any relationship.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or current — much of it is deliberately fictional — nor that it will be available without interruption or free of error.

Nothing here is advice of any kind, and no specification, figure or date on this site should be relied on for any purpose.

Liability

We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site, beyond what applicable law requires. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Third-party links

This site links to a small number of external destinations. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content. Once you follow a link, that destination’s own terms and privacy practices apply, not ours.

Availability and changes

This is a demonstration site. We may change it, take parts of it down, or withdraw it entirely, at any time and without notice. We may also update these terms; the date at the top always reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Where you use the site as a consumer and the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you protections that cannot be contracted out of, those protections are unaffected by this clause.
